📝 Steps for changing password

From the log in screen

1. On the Forms Live login page, click Forgot my password.

   

2. Type in the email address you use to log in to Forms Live.

3. A new, randomly generated password will be sent to your email.

To change this random password, see the section below.

From within your account

1. Click on your Account Details in the bottom left corner.

   

2. Select the User tab and type your new password into the Password field.

3. Retype your new password into the Confirm field.

4. Click Save.
