Form Filtering

The Forms Filters feature allows you to easily narrow down and manage your agency forms using a range of filtering options:

Filter Options#

Status – Filter by the current stage of a form (Draft, Finalised, Ready to Sign, and Signing).

Users - Filter by the form creator.

Template – Select a specific form template.

Updated – Filter by the form’s creation or update date (All Time, Week, Fortnight, Month, or Custom).

These filters help you quickly locate the forms you need.

Note: You can apply multiple filters at once to refine your results even further.

Filtering Forms#

  1. Click Forms in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. At the top of the Forms page, you'll see the Filters toolbar.

  3. Click on any filter (e.g. Status, Users, Template, Updated) to view available options.

  4. Select your preferred filter criteria.

  5. The list of forms will automatically update based on your selections.

Clear Filters#

  1. Navigate to the top of the Forms page.

  2. Click Clear Filters, located to the right of the filter notification bar.

  3. All active filters will be removed, and the full list of forms will be restored.
