Review Verification Request

Review & Complete ID Verification Request

1. Navigate to the ID Verification tab in the right sidebar.
2. Notice the Client and/or Vendor tagged with a Needs Review status badge.
3. Click the Review button to open the Scantek dialog.
4. Login to your Scantek account to access the Client Portal.
5. A summary of the verification results will be displayed in the sidebar.

View Scantek Report

Once the ID Verification has been completed, the Scantek report will be accessible from the right sidebar.

1. Navigate to the ID Verification tab in the right sidebar.
2. A View Report button will appear once the ID Verification process has completed.
3. Click the View Report button to download the report.
