Adding Snippets to Signing Requests

When sending a form for electronic signing, you can use a saved snippet as your custom signing email message.

To make a snippet for signing requests, enable the Signing - Custom Message option when creating or editing the snippet. For more information, see Creating Snippets.

  1. Click the Signing tab in the right sidebar.

  2. Enter all recipient details.

  3. Click Next.

  4. In the Custom Message section, click the Select Custom Template dropdown.

  5. Select a saved signing snippet to populate the message field.

  1. Review the subject and message content, and make any required changes.

  2. Click Send.

The custom message is sent to all recipients in Step 1. You can edit the populated text before sending.
