New Related Form

This feature will allow you to automatically populate information from one form to another, saving you time.

After creating a Residential General Leasing form, you may need a Residental Rental Agreement. Using this related form button, common information will be populated from the Residential General Leasing form into this newly created Residental Rental Agreement.

Simple and time saving!

📝 Steps:

1. Within the relevant parent form click the More button in the top toolbar.

2. Click New Related Form from the drop down menu.

   

3. Select the Related form you wish to create and click Next

   

4. Choose from a Standard form (blank) OR a previously created Template

When creating a related form from a template, the information in the parent form will take priority over the information in the template for any shared fields.

5. Type a name for your form in the Description area at the top of the screen and click Create

   

6. You will now be redirected into the newly created related form with the common information populated from the parent form.
