Your feedback can help us improve and refine this User Guide as well as help shape the future development of the Forms Live system. Our friendly support staff can be contacted by logging a ticket via the Help area in the left hand Forms Live menu.

1. Navigate the the Help page from the main sidebar

2. Click on one of the Useful Links or a Training Videos links if you have located the solution to your issues.

3. Complete the Support Form and select Technical support from the Enquiry Type drop-down if you have a technical issue.

4. Click the Send to submit the support ticket.
