Deleting attachment from form

1. Click the red circle paperclip icon next to the form you wish to delete an attachment from

   

OR

1. Within the relevant form, click More in the top toolbar and select Files from the drop down menu.

   

2. A dialog will appear with all of the files attached to your form. Click the three dot icon the row of the attachment you wish to delete and select Delete from the drop down menu.

   

3. Select Yes, Delete to delete the form, or select Cancel.
